Gold Coast Homes

A development company for single family homes and subdivisions, started in 1996 by Kelly and Chris Wright. Gold Coast Homes (GCH) has completed three subdivisions and built single family homes ranging in size from 3,500 to 15,00 square feet. The Wright brothers more than 30 years of construction experience, coupled with their custom home building background makes them an expert choice for residential development.

GCH has partnered with local developers building homes that are sold under their company names. Several of our projects have involved joint-ventures with local land owners.
