GCH has begun construction in The Reserve at Poplar Plains, Westport CT. The Reserve is a luxury 13 home community surrounded by 33 wooded acres and adjacent to 22 additional acres of Partrick Wetlands Conservation area, is a fish and wildlife sanctuary. Residents of The Reserve will enjoy private nature trails, quiet open space and ponds for fishing and canoeing.
