Luxury homes are complex structures with a wide range of moving parts. They are well equipped with advanced heating and air conditioning systems, water and air filtration systems, gas fireplaces, plumbing and electric fixtures, low-voltage infrastructure wiring, appliances, etc. If you’ve recently built a custom home, renovation, or addition, taking the next step toward maintaining the property may be on your mind. Hiring a luxury homebuilder to provide estate management services can be an excellent way to provide your beloved property with on-call, ongoing maintenance support.

At Wright Building Company, estate management is a comprehensive program that provides preventive, as well as reactive, maintenance to the entire home. When homeowners hire our services, we are available to them 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year. We assign a dedicated Home Care Manager who will make certain that all of your maintenance needs are taken care of. Your manager will either handle tasks personally or coordinate and schedule skilled workers to service the home.

Not everyone is aware that estate management is an option. If a problem arises, most homeowners scramble to find someone to help. And we all know from past experience that it can be hard to find someone you can trust, particularly at a moment’s notice. Experienced homebuilding companies are uniquely qualified to provide this type of service as they work with vetted professionals in all trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electric, HVAC, etc. As a result, the estate management provider can handle both complex and simple maintenance needs.

In addition to the large, complex projects, our estate care providers handle day-to-day tasks. We consider estate care to be a concierge service for your home. We can install hard-to-reach décor, set up the sprinkler system for the season, and arrange a last-minute pool cleaning. It comes down to trust. As experienced builders, we are trusted by our clients to provide exceptional service, high-quality workmanship, and in-depth knowledge of the complex systems of your luxury home.

One estate care client in particular comes to my mind when I talk about the value of having someone dedicated to your maintenance needs. Their waterfront property in Greenwich has a high water table. As a result, we installed three heavy-duty, staggered pumps that are constantly in motion removing groundwater and redistributing it away from the home. These pumps cannot afford to fail. The lower level of the home is a finished, 4,000-square-foot, multimillion-dollar space. We monitor and maintain the pump system, and the two generators for the homeowner, so that it will never fail. This provides real peace of mind for the family.
